Some examples of booster financial support include: • Instruments for loan to students • Repair and maintenance of band-owned instruments • Auxilliary equipment such as music stands scaffolding, recording equipment • Additional music • Competition entrance fees • Concession stand food, equipment, and supplies • Travel and equipment transportation expenses   Some examples of booster volunteer support include: • Uniform fitting and coordination of cleaning and maintenance • Chaperone support • Fund raising activities • Concession stand operations • Setup and movement of equipment for performances The purpose of the DHS Band Booster Organization is to provide support for all activities and programs of the DHS Band Organization and to assist the band director(s) in stimulating and promoting a quality marching, concert, symphonic, and jazz program.
